How do I book a trailer?
Pick a trailer on the fleet page, choose your dates in its booking calendar and reserve online.
How do I see open dates for a trailer?
Every trailer shows its open dates in its booking calendar. Pick a trailer on the fleet page and choose your dates before you book.
Can I pick up the trailer on the same day?
Yes, most trailers are ready for pickup within 30 minutes.
Is an account required to rent a trailer?
No, you can rent directly online. All forms are sent via email and SMS, so you can complete everything right from your phone.
Can I rent a trailer for commercial purposes?
Yes, our trailers can be used for commercial purposes.

What are your hours?

Where do I pick up my trailer?
Pickup is at our lot in Clayton, NC (645 Long Cove Ct, Clayton, NC 27527).
What is the process for picking up my trailer?
Book your trailer and dates online, choose your pick-up time, then head to the lot in Clayton and hitch up. The lot is open 24 hours, daily.

Trailers, towing and insurance
What trailers can I rent?
CNC Trailer Rental rents a 7' x 18' car hauler with two 3500 lb axles, electric brakes on both axles, two 5' ramps and a 12,000 lb winch, and a 7' x 14' cargo hauler with two 3500 lb axles and electric brakes on both axles.
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/4 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before you tow.
Policies
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
What if I return the trailer late?
All late returns will incur additional fees if the trailer is not returned on or before the scheduled return time.
Is trailer damage covered?
No, damages are the responsibility of the renter and must be paid out of pocket or through your insurance, depending on severity.
